DOLAN is a high quality branded acrylic fibre which has been successfully utilised
in various outdoor applications for more than 25 years.
DOLAN is produced via a special wet spinning process in which pigments are injected
to the polymer solution before extruding it into fibre. This special manufacturing
process produces a fibre with unique properties. DOLAN has excellent
colour and weather fastness and is very well suited for the production of outdoor
fabrics such as awnings, boat covers, sun umbrellas, garden furniture – and its most
demanding application – fabrics for convertible car tops.
As a spun-dyed acrylic fibre, Dolan is primarily known for its excellent light and weather fastness. Additionally, products made from Dolan are highly durable and require minimal care.
